Discount Management

Operations with discount cards are one of the most effective tools in Axapta Retail solution, which targets creation of loyalty in devoted customers. The solution allows gaining new clients, increasing sales volumes, carrying out marketing research, and strengthening the company’s image in front of clients and competitors.

Axapta Retail allows managing discounts granted to devoted customers with the help of discount cards. The card is emitted as soon as the customer asks for it. The card is printed out on a special printer and is given to the customer right away, while its number and the discount size are immediately sent to all cash terminals.

Axapta Retail allows implementing actions of different complexity levels. You can differentiate between silver, golden and platinum discount cards. It is possible to set certain actions for each card type. It is also possible to set a discount for any assortment group. It is possible to promptly set a new rank for the card depending on accumulated amount of purchases and if necessary to cancel the card. Information about any changes is promptly sent to all cash terminals in the sales area.

Marketing departments can use databases of devoted customers to obtain personal data of the card owners, to make analytical reports about preferences across different customers groups and to send direct mail.

Advertising Campaigns Management

Axapta Retail lets you control marketing and advertising campaigns. For instance, fixed or reduced prices for some goods or whole groups of items may be set for the owners of customer cards.

The marketing expert only needs to set the time of the beginning and the end of the advertising campaign and the system will send this information to the cash terminals on the campaign’s first day. At the end of the campaign, the system cancels its terms and sends this information to the electronic equipment in the sales area.

Axapta Retail also allows for complex advertising campaigns that combine discounts on certain goods or groups of goods given to customers who have spent a certain amount of money during a certain period of time.

In addition to the template types of advertising and marketing campaigns, the users can create their own campaigns that meet their ends better. The Sales Management module is fully integrated with all the sales area equipment, as well as with the back-office.
