Axapta Retail

department with the suppliers. The system user does not need
to follow payment terms – it’s enough to set the
supplier and the volume of goods ordered.

The solution implements a special function, which allows sorting
out all the invoices due to be paid on a certain date. Based
on these invoices a user can make a payment order both for
cash and non-cash settlement.

Supplier’s Stock-List | |
The concept of the supplier’s stock-list in
Axapta Retail
is absolutely new. The list is structured and becomes an additional
attribute of the supplier.

In this way, when creating an order, the user can choose the
necessary item, not from the whole list, but from the structured
supplier stock-list. The user can also see the item price
and the payment terms and, if necessary, can state the required
amount of the product. The system will automatically include
these data into the supply order.
