KORUS Consulting has successfully finished the project on implementing Axapta Retail solution for retail networks in SPAR Retail - the franchise of SPAR world retail network. The project covered all main business processes of trade network. Goods range management, purchases and vendor relationship, supply from distribution center, and sales pricing were optimized with Axapta Retail built-in tools of control and prevention of errors caused by human factor. The system strictly controls execution of business rules and strategies by employees. Due to examination made by KORUS Consulting specialists the project was realized in short terms - it was necessary to begin operation before new shops were opened. New informational system controls the central office, shops and the distribution center of the network.

As Alexander Rahmanov, head of KORUS Consulting retail department, says, success of the project was ensured by the right approach of SPAR Retail heading staff: the system model was firstly approved by the key persons of the company which allowed to make necessary changes in the informational system and in business processes to prepare the ground for regular operation.
