KORUS Consulting started the project on implementation of electronic document circulation system based on EMC Documentum in Lenta company. Within this project the system of internal document circulation in all Lenta shops should be developed which will result in its unification and standardization inside the company.

The aim of the project of organizational and administrative document circulation automation is to highten the speed of normative documents adjustment and to provide the transparency of documents passing process and more effective control of administrative documents execution.

As head of Lenta IT department Andrey Khorobrykh says, KORUS Consulting was chosen as a partner in Documentum implementation due to great experience of the company in work with different networks. Alexander Semyonov, KORUS Consulting development manager, notes that Documentum technology implementation is to become an important step on the way to building of united infornational system of external and internal document circulation which will ne integrated with existing business management system based on SAP R/3. The first stage of the project on Documentum solution implementation should be finished until late 2004.
